Silpat Baking Mats

Since 1965, professional bakers and chefs have relied on these mats from Silpat, the inventors of the original silicone baking mat. Still manufactured in France, they have become a staple in home kitchens worldwide, and have inspired many similar products and imitators.

Made of silicone-coated fiberglass mesh, these mats add an insulating layer to bakeware, protecting against uneven browning. They are reusable and nonstick, removing the hassle of using parchment paper. The weight of the mats prevents them from sliding, and angled corners allow them to be used in rounded pans and make removal easier.

Designed to fit standard baking sheets, they come in three sizes. The largest size fits a standard cookie sheet and measures 17" × 12 1/4". The half-sheet mat measures 16 1/2" × 11 5/8", and the quarter-sheet size is 11 5/8" × 8".

Heat resistant to 500°F (260°C). LFGB-approved silicone. Store flat or rolled. Dishwasher safe.
