Physical gift cards are no longer available for online purchase.

How is the St. Laurent Gift Card used?

The St. Laurent Gift Card is accepted at over 170 participating stores, services, and restaurants in the same way that credit card payment is processed.

Can I redeem my St. Laurent Gift Card for cash?

No, the St. Laurent Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash.

What if I want to spend more than the value of my St. Laurent Gift Card?

If the purchase amount is more than the value of your St. Laurent Gift Card, the remaining balance can be paid by any form of payment accepted by the retailer where the purchase is being made.

What if I want to return items purchased with my St. Laurent Gift Card?

When merchandise purchased with a St. Laurent Gift Card is returned, the refund amount will be placed either back onto the St. Laurent Gift Card used to make the purchase, or the retailer will provide store credit or return the value to their store-branded Gift Card. Returns are subject to the retailer’s store policies. If a return is to be placed back onto the St. Laurent Gift Card, it must be refunded to the card used to make the purchase. It can take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on the gift card. Only the portion of the sale amount purchased with the St. Laurent Gift Card may be returned to the card. We recommended hanging onto your empty card and the receipt in case it is required for a return.

You can purchase online gift cards using American Express, Mastercard, and Visa. We are unable to accept debit, international credit cards, cash or cheques.

How much can I load on a gift card?

St. Laurent Centre Gift Cards can be loaded with amounts ranging from $20 to $500 per card.

Is there a maximum amount that can be purchased at one time?

You can purchase $1,500 worth of online gift cards at one time.

How Do I use a St. Laurent Centre eGift cards?

You can use your St. Laurent Centre eGift card the same way you use any mobile-wallet compatible payment card.

How to Pay with an eGift Card:

To pay with an iPhone

To access the Apple Wallet
- If the customer’s iPhone has Face ID, double-click the side button. If prompted, authenticate with Face ID or have the customer enter their passcode to open Apple Wallet.
- If their iPhone has Touch ID, double-click the Home button.
Hold the top of the iPhone near the contactless reader until “Done” and a checkmark appear on the display.

To pay with an Android device

Have the customer unlock the phone.
Hold the back of the phone near the payment terminal.
Wait for the blue checkmark or confirmation tone.

Please note: STL eGift Cards are not compatible with Samsung wallet at this time.

How Do I check the balance on an eGift card?

To check your card balance, open the "Get My eCard" app and navigate to the card in question. If you have multiple eGift Cards in your Apple wallet and "Get My eCard" app, ensure that the last four digits on the card, visible on the bottom left-hand side of the image of the card, match the digits on the card in the "Get My eCard" app.

You can also obtain your balance by visiting getmybalance.com or calling 1.800.755.0085.

Once you are on the getmybalance.com website, enter the 16-digit number and the 6-digit SC number, available in the "Get My eCard" app.

Balance and transaction history are only available via the "Get My eCard" app and are not available in your Apple wallet.

How Do I find the 16-digit eGift card number on my card?

Should you require it, the 16-digit eGift Card number and 6-digit Security Code can be found in the "Get My eCard" app. Simply click on the image of the gift card. Both the 16-digit eGift Card number and the 6-digit Security Code will be displayed within a few seconds.

My recipient did not receive their ST. Laurent Centre eGift card.

Not to worry! Please instruct your recipient to check their Junk mail or Promotions mailbox (Gmail). If they have not received an e-mail after 24 hours, please contact gst.laurent@morguard.com to double-check the e-mail address used and/or resend the order confirmation.

Do I need to have a mobile device to use a St. Laurent Centre eGift card?

Yes, St. Laurent Centre eGift Cards are compatible with Apple and Android mobile wallets. Your mobile device will be required to make purchases with participating retailers.

You do not need a mobile device to purchase a St. Laurent Centre eGift Card.

Is the eGift card a voucher? Can I print it and give it to my recipient?

No - this is a fully digital eGift Card. These eGift Cards are compatible with and can only be used once configured to your mobile phone wallet. A print out of the eGift card will not be accepted by retailers. Your eGift Card cannot be redeemed at the vending machine. Your eGift Card value cannot be transferred to a physical card.

If you or your recipient would prefer a physical card, please make your purchase at St. Laurent's in-mall Gift Card Vending Machine located on in the Centre Court in front of Aldo, or Next to Toys R US.

How Do I check the status of my eGift card order?

You can check your order status on the eGift Card order page. You will need your Order Number and Purchaser Email to check your order status.

Can I delete empty eGift cards from the "GET MY ECARD" app?

Unfortunately, empty eGift Cards can not be deleted from the "Get My eCard" app at this time.

Can I combine balances on multiple eGift cards?

Unfortunately, you can not combine balances on multiple eGift Cards at this time.

If you would like to make a purchase using multiple Coquitlam Centre eGift Cards, kindly ask the store staff to follow their "split tender" procedures.

I received a St. Laurent eGift card in my inbox, How Do I add it to my phone so I can use it?

First Time eGift Card Recipients

Open the email from “St. Laurent Centre” em@email.egifter.com with the subject line "[Sender name] sent you a gift"
Click “Claim Your Gift”.
You will be asked to enter the email address you received your STL eGift Card to as a method of verification.
Click "View Gift".
Click the play arrow to see an animated version of your eCard and then "See Your Gift" or "Skip".
Click "Claim Your Gift" to view your gift details.
Once you do so, redemption instructions will appear on the screen.
Click on “Click here on your mobile device to download to Get My eCard application” to download the app. NOTE: You must do this on your mobile device.
Click "Open".
Download the Get My eCard app.
Click "Open" to open the "Get My eCard" app.
Click "Allow Paste".
Follow the prompts to log in or create a Get My eCard account.
Check your email address for the verification code, sent by "EML Rewards", and copy and paste or enter it in the Verification Code field in the Get My eCard app.
Hit Next.
Read and accept the Privacy Policy
Click on "Add to Apple Wallet".
Wait while the card is added
Read and accept the Terms and Conditions.
As part of your card being added to your Apple Wallet, a verification code will be sent to your email address.
Open your Apple Wallet and click on the STL eGift Card.
Click on "Enter Code" underneath the image of the eGift Card.
Check your email address for the verification code, sent by "noreply@emlpayments.com", and copy and paste or enter it in the Verification Code box in your Apple Wallet.
Your STL eGift Card is now activated and ready to be used.

Recipients Who Have Already Received a STL eGift Card and Downloaded the Get My eGift App.

Open the email from “St. Laurent Centre” em@email.egifter.com with the subject line "[Sender name] sent you a gift"
Click “Claim Your Gift”.
You will be asked to enter the email address you received your STL eGift Card to as a method of verification.
Click "View Gift".

Click "Claim Your Gift" to view your gift details.

Click on “Click here on your mobile device to download to Get My eCard application” to begin the activation process. NOTE: you will not be required to redownload the app but must click on the "Click here on your mobile device to download the Get My eCard application" to begin the activation process.
The Get My eCard app will either automatically open on your screen. You may or may not be required to sign in.
Scroll to the left until you can see the new card that needs to be added to your Apple Wallet.
Click "Add to Apple Wallet".
Wait while the card is added.
Read and accept the Terms and Conditions.
As part of your card being added to your Apple Wallet, a verification code will be sent to your email address.
Open your Apple Wallet and click on the STL eGift Card.
Click on "Enter Code" underneath the image of the eGift Card.
Check your email address for the verification code, sent by "noreply@emlpayments.com", and copy and paste or enter it in the Verification Code box in your Apple Wallet.
Your STL eGift Card is now activated and ready to be used.
