Sierra Two-Toned Ballpoint Pen Hardware

With this well-made hardware, you can create an attractive, durable pen. High-quality platings yield a crisply detailed, uniform surface and a precise fit between parts, combining ease of assembly with trouble-free function.

A premium version of our Sierra pen, this hardware is plated with highly durable alloys hand buffed to an extremely fine finish.

Available in two styles, one with the tip, band and clip plated in titanium-gold, the other in platinum. Both styles feature a contrasting smoky black-titanium alloy on the grip and finial. The mechanism operates with a 1/2-turn. The pen comes with black ink and takes a Parker-style refill.

Requires a 27/64" drill bit. The minimum blank size is 3/4" × 2 1/4". Drill bits, blanks, bushings and mandrels sold separately. Because mishaps can occur during turning or assembly, we offer brass replacement tubes.

We also offer a starter set that consists of two pen kits in a titanium-gold/black titanium finish, bushings and the required drill bit.
