Pasta & Herb Drying Racks

These racks make it easy to dry pasta such as macaroni and rigatoni. The 19 3/4" × 15 3/4" trays have a fine mesh for fast, all-over drying without leaving grid marks, even on soft dough. They are an excellent way to air-dry herbs, mushrooms, and even fruit and flowers.

Legs raise each tray up 3 3/4" to allow better air circulation, and can be removed for ease of storage. Sold in pairs, they can be stacked up to eight trays high, with the legs of each tray connecting firmly to the tray beneath so the stack is stable.
