Opinel Mushroom Knife

Made by a famous French knifemaker, this is a high-quality knife for picking and cleaning mushrooms.

The sharp, sickle-like blade ensures a neat cut through the soft stems of fungi, and the natural bristles built into the handle let you brush them free of dirt. Rounded teeth on the back of the blade help remove the cuticle (outer layer) of mushroom caps.

It has a stainless-steel blade and a varnished beech handle that resists moisture, and to prevent accidental opening or closure the ferrule includes a positive locking ring. 8 1/4" long overall, with a 2 3/4" blade. Made in France.
