- Passionflower is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a sleep aid in cases of restlessness or insomnia due to mental stress. Chamomile is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a calmative and/or sleep aid. Helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep in people with delayed sleep phase disorder. Helps increase the total sleep time in people suffering from sleep <span style="font-size: 1rem;">restriction or altered sleep schedule, e.g. shift-work and jet lag.</span>
- Adults: Take 1 to 2 tablets, once daily, 30 to 45 minutes before bedtime, with food. For jet lag, take once a day at bedtime after darkness has fallen, while traveling, and at the destination until adaptation to the new daily pattern. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin.
- Each capsule contains : Medicinal ingredients : Melatonin .................................................................5 mg Chamomile [Matricaria chamomilla] (flower)....... 375 mg 4:1 extract equivalent to 1500 mg of dried flower Passionflower [Passiflora incarnata] (herb top)..62,5 mg 4:1 extract equivalent to 250 mg of dried plant 5-HTP [Griffonia simplicifolia] (seed).....................50 mg
