- Use as a hot compress by heating the insert in the microwave* 30 secs (max 1.5 min) and as a cold compress by storing it in the freezer for at least 4 hours. Make sure temperature is comfortable to the touch before applying to the skin. Do not put slippers in microwave. Only heatable insert is microwave safe. Do not use in the oven.
