Child-Safe Knife

Aspiring young chefs love working with their parents in the kitchen. This knife allows children to help with meal prep and become self-sufficient at mealtime by cutting food all by themselves without any risk of injury.

The blade is made of food-safe coated stainless steel that is scalloped with no sharp edges and has a rounded, blunt tip for additional safety. Moving the blade in a sawing motion allows it to cut a wide array of fruits, vegetables, cheeses and more, letting young ones get used to handling a knife.

Sized for small hands, the blade and handle each measure around 3 1/2" for a total length of 7". A good way to encourage an interest in cooking and healthy eating at an early age while safely learning an important life skill.
