- STEP 1 Ensure skin is clean, exfoliated and moisturiser-free. STEP 2 Pump foam liberally onto a Bondi Sands Application Mitt. Apply to legs, arms and body with long, sweeping motions. Use what’s left on your mitt for hands, elbows, knees and feet. STEP 3 Allow one hour for the tan to fully develop on your skin. Shower with warm water (no soap!) and gently pat dry.
