Our Pure Iron tablets are delicious, tiny, and chewable, making them easy to swallow. BioFe® iron tablets are formulated to be gentle and will not upset sensitive stomachs or stain teeth like common iron supplements.
Each tablet contains 5 mg of micronized and microencapsulated elemental iron to help prevent iron deficiency and iron deficiency anemia.

Micronizing is a process that grinds the iron into a fine powder to make it completely dispersible in liquids and absorbable in the intestinal tract. What is Microencapsulation? Microencapsulation allows BioFe iron to be taken at the same time as foods and nutrients containing iron-inhibiting ingredients like calcium. BioFe is microencapsulated with a protective coating. The coating ensures you will not have the common side effects of iron supplements, like constipation, black stools, tummy upset, and grey teeth. Iron is not the best-tasting ingredient, and microencapsulation ensures BioFe tastes excellent. BioFe Iron is available in unflavoured liquid drops, delicious liquid, and a tiny chewable tablet. - Suggested Use: Ages 3 and up take 2 tablets per day. Ages 14 and over take 3 per day. Take with food a few hours away from medications.
