- Wearing Instructions: 1. Place support around torso with the reinforced panel facing outwards and the curved edge pointing downwards, centered to lower back. Pull left end of brace across abdomen, then wrap other end across in the opposite direction. 2. Close hook-and-loop fastener securely over the abdomen. 3. Use secondary straps on either side of belt to adjust as needed to desired level of support and compression. This belt is for therapeutic use only and not to be used as support for heavy lifting or other strenuous activities.
