Veggie Ricer

This easy-to-use device effectively breaks up fresh cauliflower and broccoli florets into rice-sized pieces without crushing, and with less fuss than using a box grater or food processor. It also lets you control the size of the pieces to avoid over-processing, which creates a mushy texture.

Simply place the florets in the bottom of the ricer, press the top in place and turn the two parts in opposite directions. The spear-shaped spikes inside mesh together to break up the veggies; the more turns, the smaller the pieces. It creates a low-carb rice or grain alternative that can be substituted in many recipes.

Made of tough plastic, it comes apart easily for clean-up in the dishwasher. Stands 4 1/2" tall.
