Varnishes improve the age-resistance qualities of acrylic colours, while unifying sheen and increasing the depth of colour. When colour is applied thickly, wait 1 to 2 weeks before varnishing work. The Artist Acrylics Matt Varnish is a water-based, non-yellowing and somewhat opalescent varnish. It offers a perfectly tight, flexible and indelible film, with a very matt finish. May be diluted with water. This varnish is anti-UV.
