Lift top flap of pouch and unfold pad. Peel pad away from pouch and press into panties, keep pouch for disposal. Remove the Flexi-Wings® wrapper from the center of the pad. Wrap wings around sides and attach by pressing underside of panties.
TO DISPOSE: Detach pad from underwear. Roll and fold pad and place into pouch. Dispose in wastebasket.
