Trainers Choice cooling compression ice wrap assists with sprains, strains, contusions, soft tissue injuries and tendonitis. The convenient wrap around design provides 360 degrees of cooling compression to help reduce swelling and discomfort from injuries. It has specially designed material when wet that flash freezes in 20 minutes and remains completely flexible for application on the injured area. The cooling compression wrap also works great when kept cold in a cooler at sporting events. The wrap can also be used dry as a compression wrap for added support when needed. Expertise from our Canadian Trainers Choice Sports Medicine Complex and the client experience has been leveraged in the design of this compression ice wrap.
- Flash freezes in 20 minutes when wet. Provides 360 degrees of cooling compression. Can be used dry as compression wrap support. Reusable. Available in two sizes. Made from latex free material.
- Hold each end of the wrap with blue side up and run under water. Wring out any excess water. Fold wrap and place in freezer for 20 minutes. Place wrap on injured area and wrap around with firm but comfortable pressure, ensuring not to restrict circulation.
