This supercharged blend of 10% AHAs gently exfoliates to restore and resurface dull and uneven areas, while its mix of soothing plant oils, deeply moisturizing butters, and barrier-supporting electrolytes replenishes dry and dehydrated skin below the neck. T.L.C. Glycolic Body Lotion is supercharged with ingredients that go beyond simple moisture, helping to strengthen and replenish a compromised skin barrier, boosting the production of vital natural moisturizing factors that keep it healthy, soft, and flexible-like ceramides and cholesterol-as well as helping restore and protect the water content of skin. T.L.C. Glycolic Body Lotion is formulated at an ideal pH of 3.5. Free of sulfates, silicones, essential oils, fragrance, dyes, and drying alcohols. Vegan, cruelty-free.
- What it is formulated to do: With our dream-team blend of glycolic, tartaric, lactic, and citric alpha hydroxy acids, T.L.C. Glycolic Body Lotion gently smooths and refines rough, bumpy skin while improving areas of uneven tone. A mix of antioxidant-loaded nonfragrant plant oils and butters— think green tea seed, passionfruit, apricot, marula, and shea—soothes and goes deep to moisturize dry, irritable skin, while squalane, vitamin F, sodium hyaluronate, and niacinamide work to create a stronger, healthier acid mantle. Powerful electrolytes (coconut fruit juice and sodium PCA) provide critical hydration and help defend against environmental stressors.
- Apply to clean, dry skin once per day. Those new to AHA exfoliation may want to start slowly, using T.L.C. Glycolic Body Lotion every other day for the first week of application. Note: Slight tingling may be experienced, particularly for the first few days of application. This typically dissipates as your skin becomes adjusted. May be mixed with Sili™ Body Lotion for a milder exfoliation experience. WARNING: Use only as directed. Avoid eye contact. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs and consult a physician. Use a sunscreen daily while using this product and for a week after ceasing use. Product’s contact with skin must be of limited frequency or duration. Do not use on broken skin.
