- For use on dry hair only. Work in clean 1-2" manageable sections. Detangle each section with a brush prior to styling. Hold the barrel horizontally or vertically. Starting at the end of the section, slowly roll hair up onto the barrel. Hold for 5-10 seconds. Do not alter the angle of the barrel. Slowly roll hair down the barrel until the hair releases. Repeat on all sections until desired style is achieved.
