<p>1. Always inspect ear plugs prior to insertion. Make sure hands and ear are clean and dry – avoid hair and oil-based lotions.
2. Shape whole ear plug into a ball – DO NOT cut, break apart, or elongate the ear plug.
3. Place ear plug over ear opening and flatten to form airtight seal – DO NOT spread the ear plugs too thin.
4. DO NOT insert or push ear plug directly into ear canal.
5. To remove: press up behind ear and lift edges carefully.
6. Discard after use.
Note: Users may experience a slight reduction in hearing when plugs are worn.</p><br><strong> Warnings</strong></br>Adult supervision is required at all times. Swallowing ear plug may interfere with breathing which could result in serious injury or death. DO NOT use for diving in depths greater than 10 feet (3 meters) of water.
