- INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Smoothwrap brush operates on two 1.5V AAA type batteries (not included). To insert the batteries follow the instructions below: • Remove the battery compartment cover from the unit. • Insert two AAA type batteries per the markings in the battery compartment. • Replace the battery compartment cover back. • Slide the on/off switch up to turn on the ionic function. The indicator light will illuminate to show you the ionic function is working. • After each use switch the brush off. Please note: Turning on the brush will automatically activate the ionic technology. Any noise generated from the ionic generator is normal
