Roll & Slice Cookie Dough Mat

If you make a lot of icebox cookies, you’ll recognize the advantage of this cookie dough mat. Made from flexible, non-stick silicone, it greatly simplifies the process of making icebox cookies by allowing you to reliably shape, roll, mark and store your cookie dough without the use of wax or parchment paper.

Once the mat is rolled, raised markings dimple the edge of the dough and serve as a guide for slicing perfectly even cookies after the dough has chilled. The attached strap keeps the roll closed, and the included caps allow you to flatten the ends and seal the roll before transferring the dough to the fridge or freezer until you are ready to bake. Indicators on each side of the mat act as guides to form your dough to make 1 1/2", 1 3/4" or 2" diameter cookies.

Comes as a package of two reusable mats (measuring 10" × 10 1/4"). They can be rolled or folded for storage. Dishwasher safe.
