Reusable Instant Hand Warmer

Useful on cold outings, this hand warmer is basically a flexible plastic container filled with a non-toxic liquid and a small metal disc. Flexing the disc creates a reaction that is quite an amazing thing to watch, quickly turning the liquid to a solid block of salt, releasing heat in the process.

It heats up to 130°F (54°C) and continues to release heat for about half an hour. Best of all, it's recharged by simply dropping it in boiling water for a few minutes. Each hand warmer can be recharged over 100 times.
