Cerne Relief outliners by Pebeo are a water-based opaque paste which is applied directly from the tube, using the plastic nozzle, to any clean surface and is used to create patterns or drawings, as well as to create outlines to contain and delineate liquid paints such as Vitrail, Ceramic or Fantasy colors. Use in combination with other mediums for mixed media applications(look for Mixed Media products by Pebeo), or use with Vitrail paints for stained glass effects. Care: Clean with water. Supports: Glass, polyester, acetate, etc. Note: Upon drying, colours withstand a light wash, with no soaking and are resistant to window-cleaning products.
