DESCRIPTION & BENEFITS: Clear, brush-on gel “sets” and sculpts brows. Easy, error-free contouring. Flake and feather-resistant formula. Gel formula grooms and sets brows in place, will not flak. Seals in Browblender Pencil and Brow Blend
HOW TO USE: Using a disposable mascara applicator, lightly brush onto brow hairs, sculpting them into the desired shape. Excess may be removed with a brow brush or comb. For a thinner application, first wipe brush with a tissue, removing excess product. Use alone or apply over brow blend powder, brow extender or brow pencil. May also be used on lashes as clear mascara.
