Robin Wethe Altman’s paintings are known for their vivid, colorful tones. Hailing from California, this American artist often uses yellow and blue, reminiscent of the sand and ocean of her childhood. “An Independent Woman” is a perfect example: these colors, associated with sunshine, water, and vacation, dominate the artwork.
The painting depicts the front of a charming countryside house with a window framed by blue shutters. On the windowsill, a cat watches the home, sitting next to a pot of bright yellow sunflowers. A blue bicycle rests against the wall, ready for a leisurely ride through the fields. Above the window, a hanging wisteria casts a delicate shadow on the shutters. The color palette is rich, with hollyhocks also in bloom. Displaying this painting in your home brings a touch of sunshine indoors.
The kit includes:
– Artist canvas (40 × 50 cm).
– Reference sheet.
– 4 brushes.
– Set of acrylic paints.
– Photo of the finished painting.
– Complete instructions.
