- 1.Remove the Ovulation test from the pouch and use it as soon as possible (use within one hour).2. Remove the cap to expose the absorbent tip.3. Hold the test by the thumb grip with the exposed absorbent tip pointing downwards. Urinate on or dip the absorbent tip in urine for at least 15 seconds until it is thoroughly wet. Note: NOTE: Do not allow urine to come into contact with the Result Window. Replace the cap on the test and place the test on a flat surface with the Result window facing upwards. 4.Immediately replace the Cap over the Absorbent Tip and lay the test on a flat surface with the Result Window facing upwards and then begin timing.5. Read the result at 3 minutes. Do not read the results after 10 minutes6.Discard the test according to local regulations
