Adults : 1 Lozenge(s) 1 - 15 time(s) per day o The effectiveness of this product is directly related to your motivation to stop smoking. Consult a health care practitioner regarding the availability of smoking cessation programs in your area; o Carry the lozenges with you at all times in the first few months in case you feel a sudden urge to smoke. One cigarette may be enough to start the smoking habit again; o Use Nicotine Lozenges 2mg if you smoke less than 25 cigarettes a day. If you smoke more than 25 cigarettes a day, use Nicotine Lozenges 4mg; o For adults only. Not to be used by persons under 18 years of age; Place 1 lozenge in the mouth and allow to dissolve. Move the lozenge from side to side of the mouth periodically and repeat until the lozenge is completely dissolved. Do not chew or swallow whole. Do not use more than one lozenge at a time. Repeat dose with a new lozenge when the urge is felt to smoke again. Most people need 10 lozenges/day. Do not exceed 5 lozenges in 6 hours and do not exceed 15 lozenges/ day.
