Liquitex gel allows for matte rendering of colours without modifying their viscosity. This medium increases the volume of acrylic paints.Liquitex gel must be added to acrylic colours and retains brushstrokes.  It delays the lapping time and dries more quickly than the liquid medium. It is slightly translucent after drying.  Supports : suitable for all supports. Uses : As a binder for making economical paint from powdered pigments.As canvas preparation.To extend the mix of colours. Important information :Do not dilute by more than 25% with water.Added to paint at a level in excess of 50%, it can lighten colours.Do not mix with oil.
