Manual Drum Grater

In our tests, we were impressed by the speed and cut quality of this mill-style manual grater. It works well with a wide variety of foods, yielding consistent results with minimal time and effort.

It comes with two stainless-steel cutting drums. One finely grates hard foods such as nuts, hard cheeses, chocolate and dried bread. The second drum yields a coarser cut for neatly grating carrots, zucchini, apples and other firm fruits and vegetables into thin ribbon-like strips, or for shredding nuts and other hard foods into small pieces.

An included pusher helps drive foods through the hopper, while a locking suction cup base (made of natural latex rubber) holds the mill firmly on smooth surfaces while you crank the handle. It stands 8" tall and comes with a 1 1/2 cup container to catch and store the grated material.

For many tasks that would typically call for an electric food processor, it is a simpler, quieter alternative that's much easier to clean and store. All parts are dishwasher safe.
