Long-Blade Bread Knife

This is an excellent knife. Its 12" long serrated blade has broad, deep scallops with pronounced points for efficient cuts. Its length lets you make fewer strokes, especially when slicing oversize loaves.

The blade's slight curve, similar to that of a chef's knife, allows you to complete cuts without crushing or tearing. Made in Japan of stainless steel with a walnut handle.
