Confined in her Montreal apartment, Marie-Eve Casgrain is moping around. No need to look for long for the reason for his idleness: her days lack zest. It was then that her mother told her about a farm in the Eastern Townships, belonging to an old family friend, which turned out to be vacant. Immediately, the young thirty-year-old feels challenged. Why not go and settle there and take care of the land herself? As soon as she sets foot on the soil of the countryside, she finds herself exposed to new faces. Some are friendly, like Albert, her neighbor, a llama breeder, or Liam, a teacher whom she often sees jogging. But others are less so. This is the case of Destinée, a renowned winemaker in the region, determined to seize the property where Marie-Eve has just settled. Between her daily chores, her rebellious goat, the charming Albert who hovers around her and her efforts to maintain her haven of peace, the budding farmer will no longer know where to turn. She will quickly discover that returning to the land is nothing like the idyllic vision she had formed while listening to TV in her city home...
