- Lavender-scented bath salts help to create a sense of harmony of body and mind during a warm bath. It contains magnesium and sulfate, and soaking in a bath of scented Epsom Salt may also help to ease stress and improve sleep. Bath salts can be used undiluted as a scrub to gently exfoliate rough skin patches.
- For soaking: Dissolve 500 g (equivalent to 2 cups or 500 mL) in a bath of hot water. For exfoliating: Apply undiluted as a scrub to rough skin patches. Rub gently.
