- This product makes dairy foods such as milk, cheese, ice cream or yogurt more digestible for people who suffer from lactose intolerance. It helps prevent uncomfortable symptoms such as gas, bloating, upset stomach, cramps or diarrhea.
- Adults: Take 2 to 4 caplets 3 times daily. Swallow caplets just before eating or drinking food containing lactose. Do not use more than 4 caplets at one time.
- Each caplet contains: beta-Galactosidase (Lactase Enzyme from Aspergillus oryzae) 4500 FCC Units
