Hot/Cold Compress
- Filled with organic flax seeds and lavender essential oils Ideal to relief stress, as well as neck and shoulder pain Luxurious satin fabric Provides moist heat for up to 30 minutes Keep in the freezer for cold treatment for inflammation Grains are compostable after 100 uses or 1-year of use 100% satin polyester Size: 50 x 14 cm (19.7″ X 5.5″)
- INSTRUCTIONS FOR COLD USE: Place in a plastic bag and into freezer for at least 4 hours before use. INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOT USE: TO BE HEATED BY ADULTS ONLY Always use a microwave oven that is clean and free of food particles. 1 Fold the pack in two and place it in the center of the microwave’s turntable. 2 Heating time may need to be adjusted, due to differences in power of individual microwaves. To prevent overheating of the pack, microwave in 30-second increments until desired temperature is reached. After each 30 seconds, remove the pack from the microwave and check the temperature for at least 5 seconds. Total heating should not exceed 2 minutes (maximum of four (4) 30-seconds intervals). Do not leave pack unattended while heating. Make sure temperature is comfortable to the touch before applying to the skin.
