Oil Serum Face: Night and/or Morning. Warm a few drops with ﬁngertips and massage over clean face and neck. May be applied over another serum and under a cream. Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Gua Sha: Morning to reduce puffiness & Nightime ta relieve tensions On clean skin, apply face oil or serum to help the stone glide. Hold Gua Sha firmly at an angle. Always massage from the center outwards and from the bottom to the top. Always move in the same direction (avoid going back and forth) and repeat 5 times.
