Use alone or mix with a few drops of your favorite essential oil. Add 1-5 drops of essential oil to 1-2 teaspoons (5-10ml) of carrier oil. Apply on clean skin. Rub until fully absorbed. For external use. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
