In reality, participating in a yoga retreat means mumbling strange noises as soon as you wake up and realizing that you are as flexible as a crowbar, while inhaling the scent of a bouquet of incense that consumes itself in the center of a colorful commune worthy of a youth hostel lost in Eastern Europe. The rest of the time, we meet Buddha-souls, we talk to cows, we fall in love with a twisted tree and, in silence, we spy on turtles...
