- Wash hands prior to use. Apply patch to clean, dry skin without any cream or makeup. 1. Remove sheet from wrapper. 2. While holding sheet, gently lift applicator tab up to remove the patch. 3. Apply patch to desired area. 4. Hold patch in place with one finger while carefully removing applicator tab. 5. Press firmly on patch for 15 seconds.
