- IBgard® is a natural health product specially formulated for the relief and improvement of IBS symptoms. IBgard® capsules contain individually triple-coated, sustained-release microspheres of Ultramen®, an ultra-purified peppermint oil. - Take 2 capsules 3 times daily, 30-90 minutes before each meal, with approximately 240 mL of water.
