This versatile Life Brand compress provides targeted hot or cold therapy for effective pain relief. Use it for hot therapy to soothe stress, back pain, and arthritis, or for cold therapy to reduce swelling from sprains, bruises, and inflammation. The reusable gel pack is microwaveable and freezable. It includes a universal, machine-washable protective wrap with a secure fastener that conforms to body contours for convenient application.

HOT THERAPY DIRECTIONS (1200-WATT MICROWAVE):
1. If gel pack has been in the freezer, let thaw to room temperature
before use and follow the recommended heating time instructions.
2. Lay gel pack flat in the microwave and heat at full power for 42 seconds.
3. Before removing the gel pack from the microwave, check it for
possible rupture or leakage. Next, check temperature to suit your
comfort level. If gel pack is too hot, allow it to cool before using. Temperature will continue to rise slightly. If additional heat is desired, return to microwave and heat for maximum 10 seconds. 4. Knead the gel pack to distribute heat evenly. 5. Do not apply the gel pack directly to skin.
DO NOT apply heat therapy for more than 20 minutes.
COLD THERAPY DIRECTIONS:
1. Place gel pack flat in freezer for at least 1 hour.
2. Test the gel pack's temperature for comfort level.
3. Do Not apply the gel pack directly to skin
