Holiday Sweater Embossing Rolling Pin

Here’s a quick and easy way to add a little festive flair to your baked goods.

Bearing a laser-engraved design that resembles a knitted holiday sweater pattern, this rolling pin lets you press the detailed, seamless design into rolled-out sheets of dough, embossing deeply so that the pattern stays crisply defined, even after baking. We tested it using the included cookie recipe and were impressed by how easily the dough releases without sticking in the cut-outs.

Made in Poland from beechwood, it is approximately 17" × 2 3/8" and weighs about 1 lb 5 oz (600g). Though mostly used for embossing dough and fondant, it also works well with pottery material or craft dough, making an engaging activity for young helpers.
