Herb Mill

We tested numerous herb mills, and this one was by far the best, providing an easy way to use fresh herbs in recipes or add flavorful garnishes to dishes.

It has two circular blades with sharp teeth providing multiple cutting surfaces that finely mince your herbs cleanly without bruising or mashing before releasing them directly out the bottom. To use, simply twist the mill top back and forth over a cutting board or bowl or place the mill on the table to let people add their own.

A built-in herb stripper with three hole sizes lets you remove herb leaves from their stems if needed. For best results, pat herbs dry after washing. Comes apart easily for cleaning; top rack dishwasher safe.
