Harvest Knife

We've all been guilty of taking good kitchen knives into the garden for odd jobs. Here is a knife that is designed for the purpose – a great tool for harvesting vegetables, cutting back plants and a number of other chores.

Like a mini-machete, the well-sharpened blade easily slices through tough-stemmed vegetables, such as broccoli or cabbage. The broad, angled tip can be used like a chisel, allowing greater precision for working around other stems.
