- Shake well and apply one coat of Hardwear Matte over your favourite butter LONDON nail lacquer. For best results, use over a dry polish and apply a thin layer in as few strokes as possible for a smooth, velvet look! Reapply as necessary for desired matte look. Pro Tip: Rev up your mani by applying Horse Power Nail Rescue Basecoat to nails prior to polish.
