Nicole's inspiration for the design has stemmed from creating colorful pictures that really stand out, gathering lots of impressions outdoors in nature or when travelling. But most importantly, to have her own style.Made in NepalWhat's in it for you?- Great for gifting packaging-free products- Can be reused multiple timesLeaving the world Lusher than we found itNepalese handmade paper is made from the fibrous inner bark of the evergreen shrub, Daphne Bhopal, also known as lokta bushes. They are cut a few cm from ground level, allowing the plant to regrow from the radial root. The plants regenerate and can then be re-harvested after three to seven years depending on altitude and growing conditions. Bastipur, close to the Indian border, has the perfect dry conditions required for the paper-making process and the unit there was set up to create employment and support empowerment of women in the area.
