Start with two tablets and adjust up or down to find your own personal need. A maximum of four tablets at any one time should prevent the symptoms caused by lactose intolerance. If symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue use and talk to a doctor.
- Medicinal Ingredients: Beta-galactosidase (lactase enzyme), 4500 Food Chemical Codex Lactase Units per tablet. Non-Medicinal Ingredients (alphabetical): Magnesium stearate, mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose.
