INSTRUCTIONS FOR COLD USE:
Place in a plastic bag and into freezer for at least 4 hours before use.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOT USE:
TO BE HEATED BY ADULTS ONLY
Always use a microwave oven that is clean and free of food particles.
1 Fold the pack in two and place it in the center of the microwave’s turntable.
2 Heating time may need to be adjusted, due to differences in power of individual
microwaves. To prevent overheating of the pack, microwave in 30-second
increments until desired temperature is reached. After each 30 seconds, remove the
pack from the microwave and check the temperature for at least 5 seconds. Total
heating should not exceed 2 minutes (maximum of four (4) 30-seconds intervals).
Do not leave pack unattended while heating. Make sure temperature is comfortable to
the touch before applying to the skin.
