Submerge sealed tray in hot water for 6-8 minutes. 2. Remove film. Stir well. Individual appliances vary; these are guidelines only. Do not heat in conventional oven. Caution: Always test temperature before serving. Do not use if seal on tray is broken. Discard unused portions.
