Similar to cabinet installation screws, these have a low-profile Phillips head with an integral 1/2" diameter washer that spreads the load.
Used through a clearance hole in the drawer box, they engage the drawer front with well-formed deep threads, and allow the drawer front to be adjusted for fit and then fixed in place.
Sold in packages of 25.
