Dark Chocolate Covered Cranberries

Some call it the more grown-up version of chocolate raisins. We just call for more bowls so we can have both. What could be more satisfying than a smooth, generous layer of bittersweet chocolate slowly melting away – leaving a tart, chewy, dried cranberry for the finish? And when you’re not snacking – add handfuls to fruit platters, sprinkle on ice cream, bake into cookies or use to decorate cakes. You know, like a grown-up.
