Cut & Serve Board

The long, narrow design and handle of this board make it ideally suited for serving. We found it’s a good size for charcuterie for two to four people or serving food on the table without taking up too much space.

It’s made from the same material as our Epicurean cutting boards, a composite of wood-based paper fiber and resin, giving it the look and feel of wood while adding some distinct benefits. When you need to cut directly on the board, it won't be damaged like a wooden or epoxy board would be, nor will it dull your knives.

An excellent choice for prepping, transporting and serving. It will develop a rich wood patina over time, is non-porous to resist stains and odors, and is dishwasher safe and NSF approved for food safety. Heat resistant to 350°F (176°C).

Measures 19" overall (14" without the handle), 7 1/2" wide and 3/16" thick.
